AORN Perioperative 101 Internship Program -March 2015
Have you always wanted to work in the OR, but have been unable to due to a lack of experience? Well now is your chance!
Saint Thomas Health is sponsoring RNs who would like to participate in an OR Internship Program. The Program involves 6 months of in-depth, hands-on training. You will be provided with training related to the nationally recognized standards and practices for operating room nurses.
The minimum requirement is RN Graduate with TN License (Nursing faculty recommendation required) and experienced RNs are welcome to apply. Internal candidates must be eligible to transfer in accordance to HR Policy. Interested applicants will undergo an interview process and be selected based on qualifications. Two year work agreement will be required.
