Community Events
In order to increase community awareness of diabetes and the effect on 10.9% of Tennesseans, there are various events offered throughout the year. The events are provided free of charge and open to the public.

Classes
Diabetes education reduces complication and improves quality of life. A variety of classes are available.

In order to attend diabetes education classes, a Physician referral is required. In most circumstances, insurance will pay for diabetes education. Check with your insurance company to determine the coverage provided by your policy.
