There are ATMs located in the vending machine area on the Ground floor of the C building.
Are there any banking services in the hospital?
No there is not, except ATMs.
What are the food options in the hospital?
There is a cafeteria on the Ground floor of the B Building
Does the cafeteria take credit or debit cards?
Yes.
Is there a pharmacy on site?
No.

Where can I find vending machines for snacks and drinks?
They can be found outside the cafeteria, which is located in the B building on the ground floor, or in the gift shop.
Is there a gift shop?
Yes, it is on the ground floor, through the main entrance and to the left across from admitting. Their hours of operation are M - F 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Where can I buy flowers?
You can buy flowers in the gift shop. They can be made to order or you may choose from a variety of floral arrangements or plants.
What are some of the other things offered in the gift shop?
The gift shop has wide range of magazines, crosswords, puzzles and publications to choose from. They also carry a range of over-the-counter medicines, toiletries and stamps.
Does the gift shop sell phone cards for the pay phones?
No.
Where is the Chapel?
The Chapel is on the first floor across from the Diagnostic Lab. It can be easily accessed through the University Street entrance of the hospital.
Can visitors order the "At your Request" room service while visiting their friends and family in patient rooms?
Yes, for a minimal cost. Instructions can be found on the menus in the patient rooms, or you may ask the cafeteria.
Are there computers to access the internet, make copies or fax?
No, not at this time.
Is your visitor parking free?
Yes, the parking lot is located across from the Highland entrance.
Is there valet parking?
No, but there is a courtesy shuttle that picks visitors and patients up from different locations, at various times Monday through Friday.
Are there pay phones?
No, but there are courtesy phones that can call out locally. They are located in the waiting areas and patient rooms.
Are pets allowed to visit patients?
No, not unless they are service animals.
What is the number for security?
Call 4288 or "0" for the operator.
Where is the Volunteer office?
It is directly inside the front door of the University Street entrance.
Do the patient rooms have cable television?
Yes, the rooms offer Comcast cable.
Do the rooms have DVD or VCR players?
No.
Is there a Pastoral Care Department?
Yes, it is located on the first floor by administration. MTMC has one of our three Chaplains on campus at all times and we provide an 11:30 a.m. Chapel service.
What are your visiting hours, and are there different hours for the ICU?
We have visiting hours from 8 a.m to 10 p.m daily. The ICU however does have a different schedule which is as follows:
5:00 a.m – 5:30 a.m
9:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m
1:00 p.m – 1:30 p.m
5:00 p.m – 5:30 p.m
9:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m
Do you have a wellness center?
Yes, it offers memberships and guest passes. Guests can purchase a pass for $5 a day or $15 per week. The center is located at 611 East Lytle Street with the entrance and parking area off Burton Street.
