Annual M.D. Gala- January
- Largest fundraiser for the MTMC Foundation
- Honors MTMC Physician of the Year, MTMC Clinician of the Year, and the Olin Williams Distinguished Service Award.
- In 2006, the Gala raised more than $100,000 for the C.H. Hunt Indigent Patient Care Fund and the Dispensary of Hope Fund of the MTMC Foundation.
Ambassadors Fashion Show- March & September
- Organized by the Ambassadors to the MTMC Foundation
- Fashion show and luncheon held at the Stones River Country Club in Murfreesboro

Annual Wellness Golf Classic- April

Annual Dispensary of Hope Breakfast- June
- Held at the James Union Building on the MTSU campus
- Breakfast fundraiser for the Dispensary of Hope Fund of the MTMC Foundation
Fenton Payne and Fred 5K- August
- 5K run held on the MTSU campus to honor Fred Lovelace, M.D. and Fenton Payne Hardison, M.D.
- Proceeds are split equally between the MTMC Foundation and the Blue Raider Athletic Association
Associate Giving Campaign- October
- Campaign designed for MTMC Associates to contribute to the MTMC Foundation or to local charities through United Way of Rutherford County.
Annual Dispensary of Hope Golf Scramble- October
